The animated GIF are limited to 256 colors in ImageReady. Is there another file format that support more colors...excepted Flash? Is it possible to make some animated JPG? If yes what software should be use?

I don't see alternative to gif exepted traditional video containers (mov, wmv, avi, flv...) or compression format (mpg4 is pretty nice most of the time and doesn't need to be "contained"). JPEG-video is a compression format, at least for quicktime but not as "standalone".

what and how do you need to broadcast?

APNG is the answer to my question. A user (thanks to him) has sent a message to me, pointing two very usefull link:
http://animatedpng.com/
http://animatedpng.com/index.php/sample ... n/#more-32

unfortunately, APNG is only compatible with Firefox 3, Opera 9.5...
