how to model this simple object

How would you model this simple object. It's just a thin rectangle bend it in the middle.

I would use sheet metal tools in solidworks to model this as follows:
Draw the shape and extrude then draw fold line:
Then Bend 180 deg
All Done

there are loads of ways to do that in max, I guess the simplest is just create a plane with a single subdivision, convert to poly, then manually fold it and add a shell modifier to give it thickness if needed.
if I make out what's in your picture correctly.

Be sure to chamfer the bent edge before applying the shell modifier.

Sorry, can't find it on my HD, so i probably deleted it. Mediafire removes files if they're not dl'd for a while.
Since it's a very quick method, i might just redo it later and post it here.
