Hi,

Was this the original resolution? If so, the vray version is very slow. It should not take longer than a few seconds (maybe a minute) on a recent system (quadcore for example).
And Maxwell sould also be able to render this clean in around 20 minutes (probably faster) assuming that you are using plain emitters.
maybe your setup could be optimized?
And what is your point btw? Vray will always be faster than Maxwell, no secret here. It can only be the quality that matters when you decide to use Maxwell. :)

Resolution is the same - I know that I could do that image faster - point is frustration.

The point could also be that perhaps there could be some "quicky" option like in real life - get the final thing whitout foreplay.. meaning that there could be some outlined option for this kind of images.

Send me that file, let's see how clear it is in 20 minutes here. 8)

Vray is built for speed by interpolation.
Maxwell is built for quality of lighting solution at the expense of speed.
I thought everyone here knew that...
Sigh...

 good one.. -Btw.. I don't know but I've got this feelin, that customers are not looking for photorealistic renderings at the moment - perhaps this thing is going in finland..dont know. Just couple weeks ago I had a chat with my colleque and he told me that uses Hypershot and he was wery satisfied with it. Is photorealism even nessesary?

I had never heard of Hypershot so I looked it up and tried their trial. It is kind of cool the way it works. I can see how it has it's place. i still have to say that I don't think there is the realism you get with Maxwell, however I don't know that that is a bad thing.
