How do you manage images you send to clients?

From time to time I will have clients who ask me to send them images
early on in a project...I typically would send individual images or a pdf. At the end of a project I will look back at emails and see what I've sent. I'm curious how people "manage" the images they send to clients.

Ideally I'm looking for a way to better manage what goes out. I'd also like to cut down on the time required to send out a consistent look with regard to standard information I typically include on an image...ie. copyright, business name, date, etc.

Maybe this is just something handled at the photoshop level?

Much thanks for any feedback.

For me, I have a "template" with all the info I need on the image and also add the date in photoshop.

I usually don't care about that because my clients need to have an appointment do discuss changes, corrections, comments etc... So I just send an email and 2-3 days later I have to go to their office....
Of course this doesn't happen with all my clients... but with most of them since I usually take care of the drawings for the public service and even the initial arch. solution so I need to make several appointments with them.
