Anybody need a rhino 4 upgrade?

I have a commercial upgrade for rhino 4 that I don't need. It has never been registered or installed, new in its dvd case. I already have a standalone rhino 4 license. Mcneel won't refund it but suggested I try to sell it.

You'll need your own existing rhino 3 to use this upgrade. Also, Bongo, Flamingo and penguin are not included, but they're the same as the plugin versions that work with rhino 3 using their respective patches.

Woo, that bidder is getting a great value (if it stays at that) ... do you have many watchers for it ?

it says 2 watchers :( . I set a buy it now option when i first set up the auction for 275 USD, but since I'm an ebay newbie I didn't know that option would go away without setting a reserve. Instead i started with a value I felt would be the reserve.

I guess I wasn't doing anything with it anyways.

I think you can cancel it as long as it is more then 24 hours away. Once it gets within the last day you can't do anything about it.

You get to loose the ebay listing fees (which like .. what ... $5 ?)

At this point i don't care anymore, it has been sitting around here for more than a year. Any further trouble is worth less than the potential gains.

You could bump up your notice in the Rhino forum (as a reminder that the auction ends in a few hours) ... someone might bid on it and get you a better value ... I can't believe there is such low demand for a Rhino license.
(Everybody has one by now ? )

Looks like you win at life thomas :) . I'm at school right now but I'll ship it out tomorrow morning.

So here's the scoop on the rhino forums announcement. When i called McNeel soon after I bought rhino upgrade with the maxwell bundle, the guy I talked to said I might as well sell it since it's a commercial upgrade, and since novedge wouldn't (understandably) take a partial return on a bundle.

The McNeel representative that i listed on the ebay auction didn't initially believe anyone at mcneel would say such a thing when someone saw the post in their forum, so I called them and verified my auction was legit. Apparently she had been contacting some other person selling rhino software on ebay about illegal sales, but since she verified my copy, and they had already deleted my post announcing the auction, she said I could put her contact information up so people wouldn't think the auction is fraudulent.

Rhino 1 or 2 will do too (You don't need to have 3.0 to upgrade)
