how's that photoshop plugin called that makes smart color selections and has the power to select a green frog from a green grass background in minutes...
something with «liquid»... i don't remember the name and i can't find it on damn google...

it's not free, cost around 30$ or sth.

ps cs3 has some improved selection tools...and a new "smart" selection-brush.

maybe the update to your edition is a cheaper way?
