Does anyone know of a site where one can download floor plans of houses or CAD models of houses/buildings?

Just looking at getting some 'real' projects happening to develop my skills in arch viz. I could build my own plans but want the discipline of working to a design brief.

Previous searches didn't turn up anything - this is interesting - may need to learn a second language however.

Found the English button but still a lot of foreign language.
