HD beamers ?

hey there...

i'm searching a full hd beamer/projector...

any models recommended that are not that extremely expensive ?

ah, okay ... i'll clear that... :)

HD = High Definition
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-definition_television

--> 1920 x 1080 px per image as a new tv standard.

compare to
NTSC, old US tv standard ((N_ever T_he S_ame C_olor)) : 640 x 480 px
PAL, europe tv standard: 768 x 576 px

--> much higher resolution !

well, but expensive...

clear now ?

NTSC (National Television System Committee) : 720 x 480 @ 29,97 fps (60 Hz)
PAL (Phase Alternate Line) : 720 x 576 @ 25 fps (50 Hz)

I knew what HD meant, I didn't know what a beamer/projector was. :lol:
Here, a beamer is a BMW.

ha ha, I was going to say the same thing... I used a betacam Pal... perfect result... then In US, I used a NTSC betacam... I first thought something was broken inside the cam.... hehe.. :D :lol:

well, at costs around 4000 $ no wonder... i guess i'll wait some more time too...
