Adobe Cinema 4D??

:? i read that Adobe was planning to use Lightwave's core engine for improving its 3d rendering capabilities...and in second place Maxon is has already advanced integration with other companies, such Graphisoft, and i think that an acquisition would be a very problematic matter....just an opinion, anyway.

Maxon and Graphisoft belongs to nemetschek, isn't it?

Yes! (even if i missed that, my argument was based only on the integration between Archicad and Cinema). Nemetschek means Cinema4d, Archicad, Vectorworks, Allplan and others, that means this is a quite a huge company...(well, Macromedia was a huge company also :wink:).
In my opinion there are not that many overlappings between the two companies interests (as there were with Macromedia) and then i couldn't imagine the reason why Adobe would take control of such a different market segment...
