Can anyone justify his opinion? Maybe both apps are nice but I haven't used any and I would like some help.

All these landscape programs looks nice.
So i decided me for Vue, because with xstream it has a connexion to Max.
(ok.... i dont have xstream at the present time *lol*, just VUE)
IMO for commercial work, you'll need a production prooved environment with a solid import option. (Revit...ey ;-) Just a landcape Software won't be enought for that.

I've got Vue and Xstream and I can honestly say I've only used it to create backgrounds and then only stills noting for animation. The main problem with Vue and Xstream is it only works with Mental Ray so Maxwell is out as well as everything else. You can successfully import cameras and models into Vue but Vue's render engines are no where near as good a Maxwell or Vray. Then if you do want to do animations you'll have to have a network to do it and you'll need to purchase additional render cow licenses because your single copy only has 5 CPU licenses I think. The program it's self comes with lots of options to create environments and it's render engine can handle billions of polys, seriously nothing else can touch it in this department.

TG2 is a joke. A really long, drawn out joke.

Great images, but who can afford to wait a decade for it to get out of beta.
