there is a code error on the top right of the header and i see a large white box next to it too. im using firefox
to be honest im not a fan of the design, it kinda reminds me of the late 1980s
with the drop shadows and beveled buttons, etc

it looks a little dated (stock template? rushed job?) and if you're trying to woo potential clients you should take the same care in the design of your site as you would for the services you provide. Right now it's not sending the message that I'm thinking you want your (potential) clients to get or that your slideshow seems to imply (abstract concept to polished rendering/design)…

--get rid of the frames/tables; use CSS and layers
--simple is usually better; let your work stand out and not be overshadowed by the poor/distracting site design

The error you're seeing is your browser not being able to handle the "wmode=transparent" tag for the flash... Safari has the same problem... This is my first pass; most likely that'll get yanked due to the discrepancies in browsers...
