I just wanted everyone to know that
www.maxwellianart.com was down for a few days but the problem is fixed and it's back up... More art added is always a good thing as well...

anychance you could look into my firetruck image and the amount of spamm its getting, ive had to block the site from my email server now :/

Man, that is really heavy... so much annoying stuff written as "comments" under your truck
... I tried to scroll down three times... but after the third malware-free-antispyware-supersoftware-my-computer-is-so-heavily-infected-with-meanest-shit-download-now-!!!-firefox-cant-help-nomore spam pop I gave up

Way too funny Dave .....
Well I risked life and limb, but I went in there and saved the page .....
then did a giant copy/paste, ..... pasted it safely into wordpad, ... checked how many pages, ...... comes up to the tidy sum of
65, 535 pages of crap.
Nice...
..excuse me now, .. but I have to take a shower. .....lol.

im guessing i have a fan that has signed that image up for every bot out there. ( its funny its the only one thats getting this much attention, maybe the truck is an icon for online chemists

ok its not stopped it so i guess the only other solution is to destroy the image from the site.

Hi Mark,
That is a good suggestion. However, I've asked Mihai (he administors the site) what he wants to do. Personally, I see no need for comments or any reason to post a "soft' email address. I use graphic email addresses so that the robots can't get them. I think that if someone wants to include an email there should be a little space to add a graohic one. The comments could be sent to the person directly via email. We'll see... one way or the other it'll get fixed...

hi again, is this happening to any more piccys there or just the fire truck ?
i personally would scrap the comments and I know i wouldnt include my email addy on any image just my web site addy to try to avoid this kind of fan mail
