Can someone explain how to post an image?

I'm trying to upload an image to the forum...I can add a link to DIVSHARE where I have images but I don't understand how to post an image into the message body...can someone explain?

Thanks...luck would have it that I tried posting last night and kept getting error messages when posting.
Will give it another shot.
