is this a configuration for a completely installed pc or only parts? for a complete install it should be ok, but even pricey...
i would suggest an ASUS P5B, P965 ~€90 if you don't need sli grafic...
striker extreme should be about ~€250
or you can take a board with the new P35 chipset (asus p5k ~€115 or p5k ws ~€190) - but they are very new and maybe need some bios updates first to run properly...

the Q's run very hot, so i would buy a better cooler than the boxed one. e.g. Scythe Infinity ~€35 (very good cpu cooling/ direct airflow) or Scythe Andy Samurai Master ~€35 (not as good as the infinity (maybe +2-3°c) but better airflow on the mainboard)

if you don't need the 640mb vram... take the 320mb card > ~€100 cheaper

very expensiv for cl5 ram... ram prices are very low atm.
i would suggest "G-Skill DIMM Kit 2048MB PC2-6400U CL4-4-4-12 (DDR2-800) (F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ)" cheaper and better! cl4 for ~€110
and i would consider to buy 4gb ram (2x2gb or 4x1gb) the ram prices should raise in the weeks/months up to 150-200%. Don't know if this will become true... but i have just ordered my additional 2GB (GSkill 6400 GBHZ)...
