I have not received my email with the download link. I've been waiting a long time for this update and now that it is out all I can do is read about everyone else's excitement on the forum...

NL can you please make sure that all your clients are included in your email list?

Hi Snalbandia,

I am sorry you haven't received the email with the download link yet. It could be that the email got caught in your spam folder or that we sent it to an old email address or something.
Please send an email to: http://www.nextlimit.com/sales_support.htm and our team will send you the email with the download link immediately.
If you changes your email address, please specify that too so that we can keep our database up to date.

Thanks,

Nicole

There is definitely some problem in their mailing list. I just received an email from them telling me that they have no record at my purchase name. So i had to send them back my first old beta licence.
I hope they will figure out their problem soon.

Hi Hyltom,

We need to check that people are Maxwell Render license holders as we cannot send out the download link randomly. We only ask for a confirmation that you are a client.
Sometimes licenses are purchased under company names or under different names, and so it could happen that your name doesn't come up in the system straigth away. It is just a check.

Thanks,

Nicole

Hi Nicole,

Thank you for your quick response.

I just sent an email to the sales support address you provided...although I think the default status of the "Are you a client" box was checked as "no", I might have left it that way even though I am a client. I will send a second email just to make sure it goes through.

Thanks,
Saro
