Well, I suppose it's possible. It has networking capability, and you can run Linux on them. I think that the memory limitation would make them pretty useless for co-op rendering - unless you were dealing with pretty small MXS files. I really don't know how clustering works, but that may be a viable option.....

Even taking in consideration of the memory limit, I guess the question remains as to what sort of Benchmark/price ratio you would have. Not sure it would be worth it unless you can get the PS3 for dirt cheep......
