I am thinking of putting more plants and nature stuff inside my scenes. Could anybody recomend one of the programmes - Vue 6 or Terragen?
Does both work inside 3D Studio Max 9?
best

Vue6 is a more stable program and has a reliable development cycle.
Terragen is great, but sometimes you get the feeling that it's more of a hobbist's app than a production tool.

With Vue6 Extreme, you can merge a vue scene into Max and render it using Mental Ray. I haven't tried it yet though. I'd assume that you could re-map everything to Maxwell.....
