I have been using Maxwell for a while now, mainly for design development stuff with no materials. I have started to play with some basic materials like brick and glass to make the design development images a little more refined. The problem now is that my clients want to go to the next level for fund raising and final material selection. I do not have the ability, nor the time to do this.
I am looking for someone to team up with, who has the ability that I lack. I model everything, pretty much, in AutoCAD and link to Max 8, and use the plugin to apply materials. I would supply the linked Max file with the basic lighting setup and basic materials. I would then need to work with someone to develop the materials and tweak lighting as required to produce somewhat "photo real" renders for fund raising and final design images.
Please pm me with examples of Arch. vis stuff and we can discuss rates etc etc. Thanks a lot.
Regards Peter.
