He's my childhood friend (Deniz). We had a band and he was playing guitar while I was drumming.
After many years I found him modeling, a true coincidence.
I hope you like his latest work and this is his first Maxwell art.

wow amazing work! You should invite him over to these forums.

Although there are alot of bad things said about myspace, its a nice place to find old friends. might want to see if any of your old friends are there

Hehe.. he's not from Ankara indeed. We both are from Çanakkale, but CGTalk dropdown has only Ankara in the list, that's why ;)

I don't know the subject from Adam's house cat, but the modeling and render is top knotch.
Congratulations to your friend Tom, for being skilled and talented in many areas. I hope his art and craft is a plus in his life.

Glow on the mic comes from dof and post levels. Hair is shave and haircut as a non-maxwell pass. He'll post a wire for sure :)

Looking good! 8)

The skin looks a little dry though, does it have a spec map? Thinking he would sweat quite a lot during a concert :) And it would make more interesting highlights, especially on the right side where that spot is shining.

Darn! I was going to ask what his material settings were for the hair. It looks great!
