Hi Guys,

I am very interested to know how some can use a reference picture and model that scene or object without measurements? or scale?

Its just crazy stuff! For instance look at the Maxwell render contest

Its really good stuff how these guys recreate these scenes!

I know its possible to model some objects using images but would like to know HOW they made it possible?

Well done to the guys that entered the contest and winners excellent work

You can take a look at Toras contest entry thread. He explains how he set up the scene using the reference images and how he started modeling it. It's good info
