Siggraph is putting all their past presentations onto their website as videos or documents! They've completed most of 2004/2005's and then they'll do 2006 then 2003...

Realistic Materials in Computer Graphics....should be interesting
EDIT : The 2005 HDRI ones would be a good watch for anybody who needs an intro to real-life cam settings.
