to be honest I don't find t that strange, why one should post about releases of other software here? I guess people don't post on the fry forum to keep fever customers up to date with maxwell releases.
there's a maxwell forum to post about maxwell stuff and a fry one to post about fry stuff. it does make sense to me.

Please keep Fry talk on the Fry forum, it's irrelevant and unineresting news to us on this forum. This subject already has a thread here in the Offtopic, it should be enough with that one single thread.

yep, it sure is the off topic section. but still, I don't find it strange if any fry point release is not followed by a thread here. that's all I meant.

Nice to have a renderer developpement to look at! I hope next news about maxwell will be astonishing!

I'm totally against giving some info about fryrender here, but when i read all the feature that they have as beta 1.5, i see no reason to be kind with NL. I haven't try fry and it still hard for me to tell if the quality will be as good as maxwell, but it's obvious that fever team listen their customer. That 's not the case with NL. How many wish have we seen implemented inside maxwell ?

One reason that no one tlaks about it is that on their webpage they have as news that they released beta 1.5. No place to click or get more info so unless you post what they have I wouldn't know it and I would be intersted on reading more aobut it or seeng examples of this new features, but Ic an't find any.

I'm happy to read news from fryrender here. It's the offtopic section. And the news at the Maxwell / Rhinoll side are so rare, it is good to know, what other unbiased engines do.
