fluorescent colours

Can anyone tell me how to create a fluorescent colour within an RGB colour picker (or the colour picker in Maxwell)?

I have selected the correct colour from a Pantone guide. I then have used Illustrator to find out the 3 RGB numbers that I need to imput into the colour picker, but this colour does not look or print as a fluorescent (its doesn't look the same as the original Pantone that I selected).

Is there a way or doing this, an option that I need to select or a certain type of printer/ink that I would need to use to print it?

What do you mean? A fluorescent light with colour, just a very saturated colour or something that shines in the dark maybe.

I might not be using the right term. As in these colours that you get on pens/post it notes etc...

I just mean for the colour of a material (BSDF), not an emitter.

Those are just very saturated colours. To make it realistic don't make them completely saturated. At the HSV color selector set Saturation and V to 255 (250, maybe) and change Hue.
