Can anybody recommend a 3DS Max file Viewer?

A viewer that will allow my boss to take a model out to a client and take a walk around the building we are working on.
A free one preferably, but if not, it doesn't have to be too fancy. Something that just represents what you can see in a Max viewport.

I have not tested how it works but maybe exporting the file to dwf and use Autodesk dwf viewer makes the job.

It works, but if you have applyed textures with maxwell it makes 3dsmax crash when exporting. :/

I think I will just apply default max materials with no UV mapping for now.
It's basically to show the client the space as opposed to the finished product.
I am expecting Maxwell to do the rest for me!
