There is no need for this kind of complain guys, we all know that NL had some (ok, many) bad moments in the past, but you have to agree that since we asked for a newsletter there had to be an honest answer.
I too, am sorry to hear "in the coming months" instead of "next week" but
since this is the truth, I will try to be patient.
