If you are old enough I'm sure you have played this game. I remember playing it on a 386 with 5 1/4 disks:

never had a 386 :oops: all my friends were playing all the cool games, while my 286 coudn't even run windows 3.1 (no color for me either).

However, I'm glad my dad waited and got me a 486 dx 33MHz w/ 4MB of ram. They came with 2MB of ram, but we upgrade it to 4 for gaming :lol:

That thing was fast :shock: it ran Doom like no other :lol:

hehe...I remember sometime around '91 or '92 when we got a Comtrade 486 DX2 (@66 :shock: )...bought it for a steal at around $3200 :roll: ...and ran AutoCAD 10 faster than lightning. :lol:

The 486 with the dx2 math co-processor was the Conroe of its day. :) Nice memories of that one.

Dad bought for us brothers 486 DX2 66mhz with 8megs of ram. 3ds3 and then R4 ran like a dream. And DOOM fullscreen too :D
