I'm a bit sceptical though i wouldn't deny that it might be true. Either way this and much more deserves another revision in the western world.

As always, .....the best is for last.

Talk about lethality ! This has been around awhile and some of you may already be familiar, .....but for newcomers, well ..... no real words needed. :)

Make sure your volume is up, ...wouldn't want to miss the built-in sound effects. So great.

:) Rickson

He has a self proclaimed 400-0 (unverifiable) record .... His dad "Helio" said once in an interview: "yeah if he counts his schools fights when he was a kid, random verbal fights, daily sparings at the gym ... then maybe he has 400-0 ... but in that case I have 1000000-0"

(Having said that ... bjj is cool; its a must for a well rounded fighter these days)

400-0?.... 1 billion -0? I really don't care if what he claims is real or not, I wouldn't want to find him in a dark alley.

I love the documental choke.. when the American kick-boxer was talking trash about how he was going to beat him. He has never been hit in the face! my strategy would be to hit him the face! (there is a reason why he has never been hit in the face, don't you think   )

I disagree about BJJ being a must. Unless of course, you are planning to go to UFC. 99% of the people looking for a fight on the street don't train in any type MA. I feel very confident with my knowledge in TKD and Hapkido :D and the best part is that I don't have to degrade myself and fight in the ground like an animal. Just my though, I hate the whole BJJ, but I do recognize it's pretty effective on 1 to 1 combat :D (I'm always wish for the kickers to win in UFC  )

TKD rules!

This Hapkido Video is pretty close to what we do... In the video they are showing Dangbong (small stick) and cane techniques.

When you see them tapping in the floor... I can guarantee it's because it hurts

Hey lucky me, I found my master on Video (Back when he was not all grey-haired)

For those that don't know Gand Master Ji, is the founder of Hapkido  People go all the way to Korea to train with the Grand Masters of Hapkido. I train with the Master of those maters
