Upgrading 1.0 to 1.1

If you own 1.0, can you upgrade to 1.1 for free? If so, how do you do it? Download the Demo and plug in your licence?

Yeap, you uninstall 1.0, install 1.1 (download it first from the download site), and it's free too. Then pop in your licensefile in the installed dir and you're ready to be Maxwelled!

How do you uninstall a plugin?

does the process vary for each plugin? I am using Solidworks. I want to make sure the plugin updates properly.
