anyone care to convert a .max file to .3ds or dwg?

I d/l a max file yesterday, but can't open it in Formz, only have translators for 3ds, dwg, dxf, lwo and some others.
it is just a very basic furniture file, freeware from turbosquid, but I have no time modeling all this right now, although it is fun.
I asked a friend, but his version is too old.
[edit] the file is about 1Mb big.
would anybody be so friendly to convert this for me? I am willing to offer some free rendertime on my machine(s) in case of horrible deadlines ;-]

Post the link and I'll give it a try later. If the file is 1GB big you might have a problem though, because it will only let 3DS export with 32000 or something vertices. If it's lots of furniture together then it shouldn't be a problem. Anyways, I'll talk a look.

Hi Misterasset,
I hope I am not irritating, I sent you a pm yesterday, but did not get any answer to that.
it is completely ok if you don't want to do this, but please let me know then, so that I can find another solution. my deadline is getting closer, and the reason for posting this was in the first place because I have no time to do the modeling myself.
so meanwhile, maybe Misterasset is unavailable or out, is there anyone else who can open this file for me in max and save it as 3ds or so?
and oops, I just see I made a mistake there, the file is 1 Mb, not 1gig, maybe that is why there was a sudden silence
I will go and correct it now.

Man, I need to check the site more often. Sorry I couldn't help faster, glad others jumped in. Such a great group.
