This implies official approval to the originator for posting his results in public domain (or the post would have been removed, or the results conveyed in private to Mr Vansan, or better NOT at all).
Also, in the NDA scenario the actual tester should be disciplined for leaking information to Mr. Vansan (That is where the true breach would be, because Vansan is public domain). In such scenario it seems the fry tester was essentially polite enough to breach his NDA. There is no evident concern or precautionary notice by the later developer responses either (complacent to the publication of the unverifiable claims so long as they appeared favorable to Fry).
Yes, a test that is questionable in any forum (including the originating one).Frances wrote:...I leave it to you to try to understand what the situation really is.
The fry forum is not a closed one (it is publically accessible with no registration screening ... it is not like the vray4rhino forum). As such the unverifiable test-claims are in public domain.Nothing he or anyone else has said here is in anyway endorsed by the developers of Fryrender

Irrelevant as per above.Vansan is not under any NDA with Feversoft, his actions or participation on other forums cannot be scantioned or controlled in any way by Feversof

...That takes an unverifiable test-result on face value and runs with it with words like "Ha-ha! Read and cry, maxwellians! " without even questioning the validity of the claims so long as they are anti-Maxwell.There is no shill. Vansan is a Maxwell user.
