Seriously though, there are a lot of medium grey tones, I'd make at least the grey background either lighter or darker. The font used for your name is nice, but I'm not sure the font used for the rest goes well with it. The flash animations are cool, short enough so it doesn't get annoying.

Will everybody that commented in this thread get a free cup/t-shirt from the future store? :D

Try to find a "flash listeners" tutorial.... everything can be reallocated automatically in every resolution, browser, etc...
