I recently bought a 22" Monitor but any Images I have wont Preview when I right click and select Preview it brings up the windows preview screen but no image is loaded? I currently Run Windows Visat 32bit

I don't have a direct solution to your problem, but i'd definitely recommend XnView as a replacement for WPFV. It has much better filehandling, you'll notice the smoothness on high res images. There might even be a way to integrate it into the preview shell function, though i haven't looked into that.
