Do an author search for bakbek. He has probably done the most with Sketchup and MW and he's very, very good.
I've also done a few things, but very little is on this forum.
If you're going to use the plugin alone, as it stands today, I would discourage you. It's much easier to use 3ds max or maya. The plugin still has some bugs that need to be worked out. Then again, I don't know what you're trying to render. It does work for the most part, what I'm saying is that for full functionality, use another 3d app. I go from SU to 3ds max to MW.
