Instancing still working for everyone?

Instancing was working fine for me with the previous plugin.. the export from sketchup was really really fast..but now I'm trying it with a similar component (grass) and it hits the exporting geometry bar and just sits :-/

alright..maybe i'm just ignorant as to what needs t be checked off..haha.. can anyone enlighten me to the best options? instances? separate by materials? thanks

Sorry, Jason, I guess none of us knows the answer. As far as I know, ticking "instances" in the export options should be sufficient. Maybe send Pavol your scene?

I agree - it is the best option to send me the scene.
Other than that there is nothing really special about instances - checkbox in export options should do just fine.

works fine, a bit pain in the * because you need to load the proxy file at least once in the scene, otherwise works fine...
saves HUGE time!
