Help...

I need to render 10 scenes in sketchup. Is there a way to automatically do this? I mean after one scene is finished it would render the next and so forth. I would like to just leave it rendering overnight so that I don't need to watch if it's done.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Mate if you export each scene separately from SU you can then just stop the render so you can keep working in SU to export your other scenes and then when finished double click a few files and launch them as separate instances of MXCL. Be mindfull though to set your target SL and really up the time for each as they will take much longer to reach the target SL sharing the available resources. I have run 4 renders at one time with no problem though they were fairly simple scenes!

I definitely suggest you to look at the network rendering section of Maxwell manual. You can easily setup several rendering jobs in a queue using networking and than let your computer to render them one-by-one. You need to export individual MXS files from SUu first as Richard also suggested. However instead of rendering all 10 rendering jobs simultaneously I suggest to add them to manager and render from there.

Note that you do not need multiple computers to use network rendering of Maxwell...

If you do have problems figuring this out please let me know - I can provide more details if you need them.
