Bump mapping

I can not seem to make use of bump mapping. Can anybody help me with the correct ini-settings to do this please?

well, i never used sketchup, but this might be a bug
are u using b&w image for bump ?

I use 3ds2msx and i understand that bumpmapping is done through setting a percentage as in :
[Brick-da-Texture]
MAP_TYPE=BUMPING MAP
MAP_STRENGTH=100.0
I guess the bitmap used in Sketchup is used in the msx-file and I tried several different bitmaps. Up untill now no B & W images, but I'll give it a try. That would have been the smart thing :-) Thx

but B & W doesn't work either.
So if anybody has an idea ...

but what to do if this is the case? A scene with just a cube on a plane is pretty straightforward. But it still doesn't work. What do you mean by 'a groupware'?
