Sun not working on new Intel Mac Book Pro

I loaded my SketchUp 6 and the newest SketchUp plugins on my new Intel laptop yesterday. I was running test to see if everything worked properly and I found that Maxwell renders fine, but with out the sun. Looks like skydome. I've tried several different models and it always renders without sun. If I go to the environment options and choose physical it will render nothing but black.
I've had several small problems with Maxwell but I have always been able to get them fixed. This one has me stumped.
I searched the forums and all I found was the time difference issue and not a complete failure of the sun to come up in the morning. What am I missing?

did you pay for the update ? Since as of now we have to pay for the sun to come up in the morning ....lol.
No, you render black since there is an issue with the sunposition. They seem to be working on this bug. In the mean time you have to reposition your model in Studio.

Jake, there is a bug with the city location, go to window/model info and change the location to any city in the UK, you should render with sun after this. It works for me.

I can confirm the bug with GMT offset on Intel Macs - the good news is that I already have a fix for the issue. The new version of the plugin should go out very soon (hopefully tomorrow).

I read about the time issue in the forums and messed around with changing the time to midnight, but that didn't work. I'll go with the UK trick and see what happens.
Thanks FV and Nicholas.
ps. Pavol posted while I was posting. Thanks Pavol. Can't wait.

That did it Nicholas. Thanks. Now all I have to do is have a project in the UK and I'm all set!
