I haven't used any emitters since the material editor appeared, and i'm not sure to clearly understand how they work now...
I cannot get to make a preview of an emitter material not to be oversaturated.. i guess i need a small how to, again :D

thnx!

there is a bug in the material editor it seems:
when u open a mxm that has emitter with mxi, and that mxi is missing: when u click on the icon it crashes the M editor.

Hi Nils,
You have to:
Open your scene and write your desired camera settings: ISO, fStop and Shutter speed
Open mxcl -d (windows start / run )
Open an image to convert to mxi (from mxcl menu/Load image)
Set your scene camera settings: ISO, Shutter, fStop in MXI tab
Set intensity to the desired level to prevent overexposed images

Save MXI file

thnx

actually i solved the issue by just selecting RS1 instead of RS0 in the preview engine...

but still got an issue with emitters not working correctly with SU plug in...strange ( pc version, SU6).. emitters appear black
