Hi

Been having trouble login in to cloud service since I bought the timeslot. Keeps saying "could not connect to Login service". Anyone else experiencing this or know how to work around it? And are my credits running even no render has been started? Frustrating, to put it mildly. Was counting on the extra horsepower to finish a job.

Yes, the same happened to me over the weekend. Fernando got back to me and said it was resolved now but I haven't tried it yet.
