I just read on the Form Z forum that one dude contacted another dude who told that dude that it's a go!

Around one month from now we can expect the plugin for Form Z Pro 8. And after Form Z Pro 9 is released they'll update the plug-in for that.

I can confirm there will be a plugin for FormZ for Maxwell 5. There will be an official announcement in short.
