Maxwell 5 license activation issue (Rhino 6/7)

Hi there,
Why does Maxwell 5 for RH ask for licensure activation every time I click any Maxwell icon on Rhinoceros 6 or 7?
I've tried
1. reinstalling the Win 10
2. Un/reinstalling all Maxwell and Rhino products
