[SOLVED] Latest Update to Windows 64 / Rhino V6 / MS V5 -- Not Installing

Here's what I get when trying to install the latest update.
Tried a couple of times, using "run" from download and also saving to downloads and running from there, same result. I asked the installer to remove the previous version of MW V5 and do a new install of the latest.
Using Windows 10.

You probably have a maxwell thread running, maybe because has crashed today? Try to find it and kill it on Task manager or restart computer before installing.

Okay, restarted system twice to get to a point where it could install, now getting this message. Just tried to validate the license [ BTW, when I was originally prompted as to whether to remove old MW V5 or overwrite, I asked to remove old version but keep the license]

Maybe you have not heard about the changes in the license files location.
If you already had your licenses activated on your computer, please check this post for an easy fix:
