Maxwell Render | Official public forum

I purchased Maxwell Render 5 for Rhino 6 2 weeks ago, and it has never worked. It freezes at the white render screen. I asked for assistance from the Next Limit member's portal, was assigned a case number and have heard nothing since!.

So I have an expensive piece of software that doesn't work and nobody at Next Limit seems to care.

I am having the same issues with Next Limit right now. I CANNOT get a hold of them to help fix my issue.

Why does anyone give them money if this is their support system?

Issue with Next Limit has been resolved. Got in touch with the agent from whom I purchased MaxRen and it appears I had slipped through the cracks. Anyway, all sorted and Next Limit support is fine.
