With Maxwell 5 I am trying to get a smooth workflow in Rhino, and I am struggeling a bit with the materials. (it is probably also a general question).
How can I easily import materials into Rhino, or into a standard library location?
Currently the rhino plugin doesn't seem to have a working import function.
The way I do it now
When I browse to the materials.
And say import;
The material doesn't show up in Rhino, also not in the temp folder: C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\mxmgallery\mxmdownloads.
Does anyone know how this should work?
Another question
Import from the material editor do show up in the "mxmdownloads" folder, but then I need to manually move it to a personal folder.
It would be great being able to set a standard import location for both Material editor and Rhinoplugin. Or is there a workflow I am not aware of?
Big thanks for any help
