How the hell do you focus the camera?

Yes, I do feel like an idiot....

I've read on here that a few people prefer using Studio to a plugin, and I can see how it might be of some benefit when using a library of Maxwell materials, but honestly, I can't think of any other benefit. So tell me folks (after you tell me how to focus the damn camera) why do you, if you do, prefer studio over a plugin?

I am a photographer & cinematographer by training (and most of my life) so I'm pretty familiar with how cameras work. My problem is understanding how to focus the camera in Maxwell Studio. In Maya, I just select the camera and object and press the focus button. In Studio it appears that I need to set the focal distance manually. I'm still trying to figure out how to know how far away from the camera and object is in Studio. It seems silly that there is no way to autofocus in Studio.

On viewport you have contextual menu camera, right click on an object and select focus to... it will focus that object.
