When one drags a RAL Towel material (or other materials with no texture map) from the resources browser onto an object, the "Absolute scale warning" modal window pops up, although this material (and many others) has no texture map(s). When searching through all empty slots, one finds that Layer Opacity and Global Bump are set to a repeat of 2 x 2 and Meters (as if there were a texture that should be applied real scale).

This is very confusing for the novice, even after learning about real scale materials, because all texture map slots are void, and so the alert appears to pop up for no obvious reason at all.
