We upgraded from v3 to v5 and are pleasantly surprised with the performance and other refinements. After opening an older v3 file to test it, voxelisation only took about 15 minutes compared to about 1.5 hours previously, and this is on CPU-only and without denoiser. The scene also included just under a million blades of grass plus the building. It's also good to have the menus resize and re-dock correctly as they never really worked well in v3. The GUI feels and works better too. So far, so good and for us, worth upgrading.
