Is the Gateway Password an 80s New Wave Synth Band?

Seriously. Not trying to be funny. I have a legacy copy of Maxwell 3 on Linux, fixed node license.

I cannot find anywhere what the gateway password is. Not in your video. Not in documentation. Not on Google. This is the worst license activation system I have ever come across. I say that as someone who uses advanced DAWs like Reaper.

I've tried the password to this forum as the gateway password. I've tried the user ID in the license. If you want to keep it a classified secret, shrug, I will go back to my DAW stuff.

I guess you already tried looking into the password manager of your browser ...? if I understand you want to access the customer portal gateway. It's a personal password of you only.

Maybe contact Next Limit via your Portal and let them work it out for you?

Hello,

The "Gateway" or "Portal" password is the same you use to login here: https://portal.nextlimit.com/. If you don't remember it, you can reset it by using the "Forgot your password?" link right below the Login button.

Regarding the Maxwell 3 activations using the License Activator, these are not working so they have to be done manually (maybe this is what is making you think you don't know that password).

Here you can find instructions on activating the license manually. I have just cleared the host ID assigned to your license so you can enter the one of your current computer: https://nextlimitsupport.atlassian.net/ ... activation

Please, let me know if you cannot make it work.

Kind regards,
Fernando
