Hi

When I load an emixer data to a scene Maxwell Render crashes every time.
When I set a sequence and than try to save it, there is the same problem.
How can I solve this problem?

In the last 2 hours I tested 10 scenes, all of them crash.

strange problem

Make a “pack & go” of your more problematic project/scene.

If you can, Upload it and post a link here so we can try to test it.

the problem is, all this scenes are commercial projects and I cannot give them to third hands.
So are there known issues with the emixer tool, that you can tell me?

Hi Jurx,

Do the emixer data match the scene Multilight sliders (number of sliders, etc,.)?
I'd also check if the decimal precision of the sliders allows for the intensity changes defined by the emixer file.

It would be interesting to see the mxi file along with the emixer file.

By the way, if you open a support case from the portal it will usually be replied in the same working day.
