I know there is a great tutorial by Tom showing the use of subtle bump maps to emulate roughness for coatings still on the Maxwell blog.
BUT please, can we just have a Roughness parameter for coatings? This would make like significantly easier for a lot of Maxwell users.

Would be awesome.
But actually the real question is “if we’ll have any major update for Maxwell Render” anytime soon..
